Update manual cluster creation

All the pages for cluster creation has the notice "This page is out of date" on top. We should update at least some of the pages to be up to date so users will be able to set up a compliant kubernetes cluster more easily.

Definition of done

  • Update at one or two cluster setup pages for easier manual setup of clusters.

This might be easier to do once #360. This way, the manual cluster creation steps are "always up-to-date" with respect to the version they are in.
