User guide - connect IDP with dex

The user guide should include a section at the beginning with instructions for what the user will have to do in order to supply the administrator with the correct credentials etc to connect the IDP with dex. (How to set up a Google Service Account and similar). This is something we lack proper documentation for in the user guide.
