rook-ceph - check if the alerts are compatible with a multi cluster setup

What should be investigated. Some of the alert do not seem to work correctly in a multi cluster setup. e.g. CephPGImbalance execution: found duplicate series for the match group {ceph_daemon="osd.0"} on the right hand-side of the operation: ... many-to-many matching not allowed: matching labels must be unique on one side
