Go through the projects in apps and determine which ones contain user facing API:s Create a nice list with this info in the docs folder, where it can be used as reference when preparing customer changelogs and upgrade recommendations.

• Systemd Stability Promise
• Ansible "preview" vs "stableinterface"

Do we still need this issue given that we have solid-ish public docs exposing clearly the "interface" towards application developers?

I thought the topic is kind-of closed, given that we have a mature ToS and public docs. However, I'd like to hear other opinions too. The arch meeting feels like the right forum for this.
