Harbor Project Members Disappeared After DR to New Domain

Description

After a disaster recovery (DR) process and migration to a new domain, the project members in our harbor instance gets disappeared. The issue seems related to domain changes impacting users.

We would like this to investigate and if we can avoid this during DR activity.
