Add probe for wc-ingress

Proposed feature

We have added an ingress for ingress-nginx health here but we do not have a probe for it in either sc or wc. We should create a Probe for this endpoint so that blackbox exporter can probe it and provide metrics.

Proposed alternatives

An option to deploy a blackbox exporter Probe in SC and WC to probe the ingress-nginx probe ingress.
