Self managed: Push external logs to Opensearch

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

For developers that have external services that want to push logs to Opensearch. Can not at the moment retrieve the user/password/url to push the logs.

This also includes when a developer want to export logs from Opensearch.

Describe the solution you'd like

I could see a secret located in the workload cluster that have all the credentials needed to push logs from external services.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Keep it as it is. That the platform administrator needs to send the credentials on request.

When a developer can retrieve the necessary credentials to push logs to Opensearch from an external service.
