grafana - improve/re-work some dashboards

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We noticed that some of the dashboards can be improved to better server our needs.

This dashboards are:

• API server
• Prometheus time status
• Daily
• Fluentd
• Ingress-nginx

Definition of done:

• organize a meeting with the interested engineers to determine what changes are needed
• update the above dashboards
