grafana - keep our dashboards as jsonnet

What should be investigated. We want to investigate how easy would be to keep our own Grafana dashboards in jsonnet.

Definition of Done

• how easy it is to work with jsonnet
• how easy it is to convert a dashboard from jsonnet to json and back (especially if we want to do changes in grafana and then convert them in jsonnet)
• can we deploy the dashboard directly from jsonnet without keeping a json copy
