grafana - update the kube-prometheus-stack dashboards

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We have now move the Grafana dashboard from the kube-prometheus-stack chart to our own grafana-dashboards. We want to continue to keep this dashboard updated with the upstream.

Describe the solution you'd like We want to use a script similar with kube-prometheus-stack sync_grafana_dashboards.py to keep this dashboard updated with the upstream, but also add our custom changes o them (you will need to do a dashboards comparison to find what changes we have). If our custom changes are too extensive, we want to drop the dashboard update from the upstream and maintain our own copy.

Describe alternatives you've considered An alternative is to use jsonnet to update this dashboards.

Definition of done:

• a script in the grafana-dashboards chart folder to update the kube-prometheus-stack Grafana dashboards
• instruction on how to use the script to update the dashboards
