Scan Vulnerability logs does not seems to be parsed correctly

Describe the bug It appears as if the logs from the vulnerability reports are not handled properly (by fluentd?). In opensearch each line in its output has been put into it's own document.

To Reproduce

  1. Run vulnerability report
  2. Go to osd and view the logs

Expected behavior Each report is put in a single log
