Compile time benchmarks

We need a suite of benchmarks that measure the compile time overhead of generating builders with bon. It would be great to have comparisons with:

• no builders at all (baseline)
• apply bon
• apply typed-builder
• apply derive_builder

The results of the benchmarks should be documented on the website
