Add role mapping resource

Trying to add an initial implementation of the role mapping resource. Pretty basic implementation where the user can specify role_templates and rules as a HEREDOC or jsonencode.

Go easy on me - first time implementing something in a Terraform provider and not so good at golang, yet :)

One issue which I can't figure out - during make docker-testacc, the test errors with role_mapping_test.go:18: Step 1/2 error: Check failed: Check 1/4 error: elasticstack_elasticsearch_security_role_mapping.test: Attribute 'name' expected "m16rozeuju", got "", although everything should be correctly implemented. If someone can help me figure this out, I'll happily fix this.

Since this is a community submitted pull request, a Jenkins build has not been kicked off automatically. Can an Elastic organization member please verify the contents of this patch and then kick off a build manually?
