[Metrics UI] Improve UX when creating ML jobs for anomalies

If the user tries to enable Hosts or K8s jobs and no corresponding index exists they will receive this error: Screen Shot 2021-04-28 at 10 15 58 AM

We should either improve the error so they understand why its failed or like Logs, don't allow them to create the job when no corresponding index exists: Screen Shot 2021-04-28 at 10 18 46 AM

Hi @roshan-elastic,

Yes, with this fix we are now showing to the users more meaningful messages when there's some errors when trying to enable ML anomaly detection for Hosts and K8s.
