[Lens][ExpressionRenderer] Remove React root mounting logic

Currently any Lens paned passes thru the ExpressionRenderer component who internally creates a new React root to mount the panel content.

It would be great to avoid such redundancy and leverage a single React tree for the entire dashboard.
