Describe the bug The tooltip message should be updated for the 'Above the average time'

Kibana/Elasticsearch Stack version

VERSION: 8.16.0 SERVERLESS
BUILD: 77679
COMMIT: 6b091fe3b410eaae9d4805c0a3c0ea6168bf66b0

Preconditions

• Change the default attack discovery configuration from 20 alerts to 100 alerts

Steps

• Navigate to Attack Discovery tab
• Add the connector for any AI connector
• Click on generate button
• Observe the initial message shows the average time and the tooltip also has the data for the same
• But once the average time is crossed, the new message does not show any update on what does the message mean for 'Above the average time'

Expected Result

• The tooltip message should be updated for the 'Above the average time'
