I'm moving the status of this ticket to Blocked as we're currently waiting on for [Security Solution] Extract cross-plugin services to separate plugin to be implemented in Kibana. Once implemented, it will allow all plugins to utilize the upselling service seamlessly. We prefer to use this global solution rather than our current hacky workaround, which will require us to change it later anyway.
