[Synthetics] Long URL causes the ‘Last test run’ in the UI to display badly

Describe the bug: If an HTTP monitor contains a long URL, it does not appear to wrap properly, causing the Last test run panel to display poorly - specifically making the table, impossible to read properly.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an HTTP monitor with a long URL (for example, https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=this+is+a+very+long+search+to+generate+a+large+query+string+and+url+to+check+this+is+a+very+long+search+to+generate+a+large+query+string+and+url+to+check)
2. Wait for the test to run, or run a manual test so there is a result
3. Click into the monitor and the Last test run panel looks something like this:
