Ai assistant in Discover - Do not merge

Idea 1 - Use the assistant without chatting

The idea here is to add an ai assistant icon on the editor where the user can use human language to generate the ES|QL query. When the query has been generated successfully then it is submitted automatically and the datatable and chart are being generated. In case of error we display the error message from the assistant

I haven't connected the knowledge base. We should and also we should connect with the conversations route on Obs. This is just a PoC!
