[Infra UI] Inventory table/waffle view consistency

We should probably replace this popover with the new flyout Screenshot 2023-10-05 at 12 47 40 PM

Thanks @neptunian - yeah, I think you're right. Would love to have this consistency but I think it makes sense to prioritise this low given it may deprecated by a new inventory.
