[Uptime] Lightweight project monitors show browser fields when edited

When edited, project monitors should display read-only configuration.

For the newly added lightweight monitors, the read-only configuration displayed visualizes browser configuration, not lightweight monitor configuration. We should update this view to do the following

  1. Hide browser advanced options for lightweight monitors
  2. Display urls and hosts for lightweight monitors
