Describe the bug Definition text of Rule Exception is missing from add Rule Exception

Steps

  • Login to kibana deployment
  • Go to Rule pages and then go to rule exception tab
  • Observed that help text of where rule exception will work is missing under new modal text

This was removed in the new designs. @yiyangliu9286 - should this text be added back in?

I personally don't think it's necessary because we'd already separated up the Rule exceptions | Endpoint exceptions tabs so users should be able to distinguish them.

After chatting with the team, I think we're going to add back in because it isn't totally intuitive in that endpoint exceptions are also run in detections.

Hi @peluja1012

we have validated this issue on 8.5.0 BC3 and found the issue to be fixed now ✔️ . Correct Definition text of Rule Exception and Endpoint Exception is showing.
