"New" Link is not working in Discover tab

Kibana version: 8.3.2

Elasticsearch version: 8.3.2

Server OS version: 3.10.0-1160.49.1.el7.x86_64

Browser version: 103.0.5060.134 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Describe the bug: Kibana -> Discovery -> New link isn't working trying to click on it however not responding

Steps to reproduce: 1. 2. 3.

Expected behavior: the link named with new should routed to something.

Hey @Renu353 what do you mean with not working?

The New link should work like that: If you have loaded a saved search (Open --> select a saved search from the menu) and then click New, it will unload the selected saved search so that you can create a new one (change your table view, add filters/query and Save it)

Maybe we could improve the experience here though. I do understand that when you haven't selected a saved search, this New link can be confusing.

@stratoula yes we should improve this experience! I'm interested what's the expected experience of @Renu353 ?
