[APM] Storage Explorer Beta

Based on the success of https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/128628, we'd like to focus some effort on refining the UX, feature set and overall "feel" of the feature. We have processed and documented all necessary feedback to allow us to create an MVP under the Beta status.

Below are the changes needed for the initial offering in groups of priority:

• [x] Convert EuiSelect for lifecycle phases to EuiSuperSelect, add description to each item and an option to select all lifecycle phases
• [x] Add a link to storage explorer to the header action menu
• [ ] Display summary row (Total APM size, traces per minute, number of services)
• [ ] Add a date-time picker
• [ ] Add an environment filter
• [ ] Add a chart to display the storage consumption over time
• [ ] Link the service name to the service overview page
• [ ] Add tooltips with definitions for all key metrics shown, e.g., indicating where estimation has been used, whether size includes primary shard only or across all replicas, how sampling % is calculated, etc.
• [ ] Add the KQL bar
• [ ] Format number of documents per processor type
