Include image instead of link for reports/dashboards/etc...

Describe the feature: Embed image within alert notification instead of a link to the image

Describe a specific use case for the feature: This will prevent users from either having to log into a corporate VPN and/or access an insecure instance of our stack to view relevant reports, static dashboard images, or single visualizations. Ideally, the option would be to include multiple formats (e.g. jpeg, png, pdf, etc...) to embed within an email, slack, Teams, etc...
