[DOCS] Adds docs to semantic text

Overview

THIS PR IS WORK IN PROGRESS

This PR documents the semantic text feature. The docs consist of the following:

  • semantic_text field type reference docs,
  • semantic query reference docs,
  • semantic search tutorial using semantic text.
