Docs: Replace synced flush with flush for upgrades in 7.17 docs

As flush is doing the same and synced flush endpoint is removed in 8.0 (and has been deprecated since 7.6 which was released in february 2020), it makes sense to use flush, so you will not run into issues after upgrading.
