[Backport 8.4][DOCS] Removes outdated pages from docs

Overview

This PR backports the changes of https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch-net/pull/6655 to the 8.4 branch.

One outstanding issue remained, the broken link in 7.7:

14:29:58 INFO:build_docs:Bad cross-document links:
14:29:58 INFO:build_docs:  /tmp/docsbuild/target_repo/html/en/elasticsearch/reference/7.7/docs-bulk.html contains broken links to:
14:29:58 INFO:build_docs:   - en/elasticsearch/client/net-api/current/indexing-documents.html#bulkall-observable

I have a PR to handle this but the docs-check CI is failing on that one for an unrelated reason. I asked Greg Back to help me with that CI check.
