This is a desired behavior, we got into this issue and in the end we preferred go with this option.

I don’t think this is a big issue, it would be even worse if they were all aligned to the upper numbers (the ones with the progress bar)… because the other ones would be floating far away from the bottom margin and it would be weird; This way they all consistently lay the same amount of pixel from their own bottom margin (in some cases the progress bar, in some cases the lower margin)
