[Heatmap] Ability to define custom extents for X and Y Axis

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When using a numeric histogram it would be helpful to normalize the axis extents independently from the data provided to the chart.

Describe the solution you'd like Ideally I would like to provide 3 things to the heatmap chart:

1. data points
2. bucketing original information
3. axis extents/visual domain

The Heatmap chart would then do its best to accommodate (2) with (1) and (3) configuration. I can see how the filtering part might be problematic on this side, but maybe it would be helpful to start a discussion on this?

Describe alternatives you've considered I've noticed the xDomain prop in the Settings component, which is already used for time histogram for the exact purpose, but it seems to not work for the numeric histogram case. Also I could not find any equivalent for the y axis.
