[FR] GitHub URL inside rule description that points to GitHub location

Problem Description

Whenever I have an concern with a rule and need to discuss it with anyone it's best to have the GitHub rule link and rule id. The rule.id is not currently displayed in kibana. The object.id is in the url bar, but that didn't necessarily correspond with the rule on github.

Desired Solution

It would be nice if the github URL for the rule were included on the MD text and displayed inside the Kibana security module.

I agree...and maybe the first reference item in the reference list should be the Elastic github link for that version of the rule?
