Jira connector to support PATs when connecting to Jira Datacenter

Problem Description

We run Jira Datacenter, but password authentication is purposefully disabled. Service accounts have to use Personal Access Tokens (PATs).

We can't use the Jira connector with basic authentication

Proposed Solution

Like the Atlassian Jira integration, support PATs: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/integrations/current/atlassian_jira.html

Alternatives

We can't enable password based Basic Auth in our Jira Datacenter due to security policies.

same is true for the Confluence datacenter connector, it would be awesome to use PATs to ingest Knowledgebase articles for the Security AI Assitant.

Also a big fan of PATs, especially when they have configurable permissions and TTLs.
