[CNVM] Cloudbeat sends the same log message multiple times

Describe the bug I've observed the same log being printed multiple times in the fleet UI, occurring at the same timestamp.

Preconditions 8.8.0 - SNAPSHOT KIBANA + CNVM integration + Agent

To Reproduce Write the exact actions one should perform in order to reproduce the bug. Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the fleet UI and notice there are multiple prints of the same log.

Expected behavior We need to investigate if it happens because we process the same vulnerability or because we send the same log multiple times.
