cspm cloud connectors: add cloudformation for the customer remote role

Summary of your changes

Cloudformation file for the customer remote role.

Note: the elastic cloud connectors super role is not yet created, and thus, the ARN is not added to the cloudformaton file. It will be added once its created.

The purpose of this pr is to publish the yml files into our public S3 to help implementation testing.
