Documentation for GZIP support in filestream input

The filestream input documentation needs to be updated to include the new experimental GZIP support. The documentation should cover:

  • new configuration options
  • warning that the feature is in tech preview
  • usage examples
  • (TBD) A section comparing performance against plain text ingestion
