No support to handle timeouts

We currently are having issues where Swiftype occasionally times out. This was opened as an issue on the previous repo but doesn't seem to have ever been implemented. https://github.com/swiftype/swiftype-app-search-node/issues/32

It would be ideal if we could pass a timeout parameter to request.js
