Oracle Linux support for APM Server

Currently, we do not support running the APM Server on Oracle Linux. However, we support running Elasticsearch and Kibana on Oracle Linux. Hence, it would be great if we could align the supported OS versions and get the APM Server (as well as the Elastic Agent) supported for said OS.
