EA managed apm-server is only shipping a subset of apm-server monitoring metrics

EA integration (see code) is

  1. using TSDS for apm-server metrics, i.e. synthetic source is used
  2. apm-server metrics only contains a limited subset of metrics exposed by apm-server

This limits observability of EA managed apm-server.

EA integration apm-server metrics mapping should be updated, and we should look into how to prevent future occurrences.
