RT::Extension::Kanban disable time selections in reminders

I just installed this extension on RT 4.2.12 and on standard tickets reminders, we can now only choose date, not time. Once KANBAN extension is deactivated time picker is back....

Without this, on numerical customfield, SQL produced is wrong and crashes (at least on MySQL): [...]ObjectCustomFieldValues_1.Content+'0') LIKE %'2'% [...]

"CustomFieldView" is not a valid attribute for OrderBy.
