add more descriptions in magic reference

many parameters like this don't have enough descriptions, so it's hard to understand the effect of the parameter at least show the type of the parameter(boolean etc)

He likely did at one point, but there are so many obscure parameters like the use_parent_source and the god knows how many unlisted ones like use_target_location, plan: , the one which makes projectiles follow your crosshair, the difference between push and speed, etc...
