An option to move the casting bar

Hi, is it possible to include a feature to allow moving the casting bar upward?

It is kind of blocking the default health indicators/food/armor that are above the hotbar.

++ to this. The current solution I've found is manually going into the resource pack and moving all the characters up a bit manually, but an official change would be appreciated.
