3rd Party Filter Page doesn't scroll

The 3rd party filters tab in the uBlock settings pane isn't able to scroll down through the lists via track pad and no scroll bar appears on browser side.

I can manually scroll down by using the keypads down arrow so the page itself is rendering and loading correctly but the ability for the page to recognise its needs too be scrolled is broken.

  • MacOS version: 10.13.3 beta 7
  • Safari version: Version 11.0.3 (13604.5.6)
  • uBlock Origin version: 1.14.24

I can confirm this, have the same problem here.
