What feature/behavior/change do you want?

The issue is explained in https://github.com/helm/helm/pull/11401. eksctl also encountered this error while draining nodegroups. Note the issue was fixed later via https://github.com/helm/helm/pull/11426.

Why do you want this feature?

Transient errors should not be surfaced by eksctl to the users.
