[Feature] Command Reference for eksctl

What feature/behavior/change do you want?

An online reference for eksctl on eksctl.io similar to the one for kubectl with usage, options, and examples.

Why do you want this feature?

It would be helpful to have an online reference for the eksctl commands that includes the usage/options from the --help option. Benefits would be:

• Centralized documentation
• Greater accessibility
• Provides a high level overview of available commands and easy navigation to individual command usage
• Can include examples
• Familiar to users of kubectl
• Automated generation like in the Kubernetes documentation
