Image won't build for ARM devices

I've tried to use the docker instructions as per the readme but I get a WARNING: The requested image's platform (linux/amd64) does not match the detected host platform (linux/arm64/v8) and no specific platform was requested error

I have tried pulling locally and updating the dockerfile with different targets but to no avail!
