Grafana 6 not supported for `table-old`widgets

Not quite an issue but it should be mentioned that Grafana 7 is required for the provided dashboard.

I used the github version (from this repo) because it seems more recent than the one on grafana.com.

However, the tables for Top Queries and Top Ads Domains are not showing up, they fail with

Panel plugin not found: table-old

It’s not a deal breaker but those tables are the purpose for each I installed the exporter :)
