WebM audio of encoded clip is always much lower than the original audio

Description

This script is brilliant and I use it at least once a day. My only issue with it is that when I use the defaults and encode the clip with "Output Format: WebM" profile, the audio is always low. Maybe 50-60% lower than the original volume. However, if I choose the MP4 profile, for example, audio of the encoded clips is the same as of the original video. Is there a way to fix this for WebM?
