Unable to fully select right/bottom edges of frame when cropping

When windowed, only the top and left sides can be selected to 0. Right and bottom stop one pixel short. 719 of 720 for example. When fullscreen, the right side can be selected fully, but the bottom most row still can't be completely selected. I'm using KDE Plasma.

If possible, an option to key in the values for the crop would be good to have.
