Upgrade to ffi 2.0.1 - Dart 2.17

Hi,

ffi package (https://pub.dev/packages/ffi) is updated and requires dart 2.17 to be used.

Some others packages already use that version, so I have problems upgrading because a conflict with flutter_qjs ffi version.
