Volume to assign ?

I don't understand what volume to assign, it's not clear if it's: /utorrent/settings or /settings ? Same problem with the directory for torrents and dowload What exactly the folders to assign please

are you sure its ok to mount all internal docker volumes to the same volume on your nas? do you feel that some files may conflict?
